Here are the solutions to the most
common problems that customers have encountered in downloading
their purchase or opening their files.
What system requirements are needed and how is the business plan delivered?
In order to complete your Business Plan Docs business plan,
you will need a computer with Windows 95 or higher, Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel and enough memory to save the business
plan on your computer. Each business plan is sent to you via
email with a link where you can download your documents.
How do I open Word documents?
If you have Microsoft Word 2000 installed on your computer,
than you should not have any issues. If you do not have a
copy of Microsoft Word, then you can download a free viewer
from the Microsoft web site: Download

How do I open the financial spreadsheets?
If you have Microsoft Excel 2000 installed on your computer,
than you should not have a problem. If you do not have a copy
of Microsoft Excel, then you can download a free viewer from

How is my business plan or other product I purchased delivered?
Each Business Plan Docs product is sent as an attachment in
an email. If your email does not accept attachments, please
locate a valid email address that will. It is also very important
that you turn off any blockers or filters from your email
provider that would block emails from Order@businessplandocs.com
so that you are sure to receive your order.
Can I order off-line without the internet?
Our business plans are only available on-line through www.businessplandocs.com
What if I lose the file?
Send an email to orderinquiry@businessplandocs.com
with the full name, email address and the business plan and/or
product you purchased when you placed your order and we will
send you an email where you can download the file(s).
